These will be the details on your membership file. We will use these details to manage your membership within the terms of your contract with us. Your data is shared with our membership and handicap software suppliers; ESP and Intelligent Golf, our golf governing body; England Golf and our CRM system provider; Customer Minds.
We do this in order to process and manage your membership, run competitions and events, maintain Club handicaps and offer the relevant membership benefits.
Keeping Members Connected - For the purpose of arranging tee times, golf matches or competitions or for general communication, please confirm that youy are happy for us to supply members with youre contact details below.
We retain membership records for 7 years following the termination of your membership and maintain a list of members’ names for archival research purposes in relation to our historic estate.
Members Privilege Pass
Please complete the form below, along with a passport style photograph. Once submitted, the pass will be produced and available for collection at Woburn Golf Club's reception within a couple of weeks.
